The process of UV Bonding glass-to-glass produces a near invisible joint so that there is no need for an aluminium or wooden frame around the cabinet.

The major benefit gained from having a UV bonded glass cabinet is that the jewellery can be viewed from all the way round (360 degrees) and the view is not blocked by the frames that would usually be required to hold the glass in place.

Here is a video of one of our workshop staff making a glass display cabinet with the UV bonding techniques, this is a ____ hour process which we have condensed into a ___ minute video using video editing software.

The strength of a UV bonded joint is incredibly strong and one the adhesive is set with the UV light, only a heat gun applied for long periods of time to the area of the joints will begin to break the joint down.
